This section of the website is designed to continuously highlight cases recently completed which I feel well represent my practice in plastic surgery. The cases chosen may include my most common surgeries, most challenging cases, or cases which exemplify particular aspects in surgical management which I want to share. Again, I thank my patients for allowing me to use their photos – it is greatly appreciated.
This patient presented with sagging saline implants which were placed over muscle and created a distorted laterally positioned wide breast with asymmetrically positioned nipples. The correction involved removal of saline implants, placement of silicone implants more appropriate for her narrow profile frame, change to submuscular position aided by placement of ADM (a tissue graft) to hold the muscle and implant in place. Finally, a breast lift was done to improve nipple symmetry and eliminate loose excess skin. The result is a beautifully shaped full B cup breast. Keywords: Case of the Month
This patient underwent an amazing transformation by combining breast lift with implants, abdominoplasty/flankplasty with repair of hernias and diastasis as well as liposuction of hips.
She now has a youthful, strong, beautiful female form. Keywords: Case of the Month

This patient presented with sever implant malposition which had been treated with several surgeries by other surgeons. I recreated an entirely new implant space and placed new implants. She had nipple malposition, double bubble “drop out”, and discomfort. now her breasts are beautiful, nipples are positioned perfectly and shape is ideal. A magical result. Keywords: Case of the Month
