This section of the website is designed to continuously highlight cases recently completed which I feel well represent my practice in plastic surgery. The cases chosen may include my most common surgeries, most challenging cases, or cases which exemplify particular aspects in surgical management which I want to share. Again, I thank my patients for allowing me to use their photos – it is greatly appreciated.
This patient underwent bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy, staged approach with tissue expander, acelullar Dermal Matrix (ADM) and later implant reconstruction in a Final (2nd) stage. A fine outcome
Wow! What a result with liposuction of circumferential thighs, hips, saddlebags and knees!

This patient had multiple previous breast surgeries by other surgeons, leaving her with scared, irregular, saggy breast. I changed the implants to silicone gel, reshaped her breasts (now under muscle) lifted her and did liposuction of her hips and abdominoplasty / flankplasty in one procedure. An AMAZING TRANSFORMATION shown only three weeks later. Keywords: Case of the Month
This patient presented with a large abdominal wall hernia after pregnancy. She is shown six months after abdominoplasty flankplasty, liposuction of the hips and breast augmentation. This case really highlights how I successfully contour the abdominal wall, repair hernia and shape the body resorting strength and beauty. An outstanding outcome! Keywords: Case of the Month
This courageous woman had her nose bitten off by a dog. Determined to restore her dignity and self-esteem, she embarked on a series of surgeries designed to use her body tissues to remake her nose.
Top row: At her initial visit several days after injury
Middle row: After pre-fabrication of nostrils with cartilage grafts and skin grafts to forehead, the entire unit was transferred to reconstruct the complex defect
Bottom row: After inset and fine tailoring, her nose is restored with her own tissues. This case demonstrates the most complex variety of rhinoplasty surgery and combines both reconstructive and cosmetic techniques. Keywords: Case of the Month
