There are so many things to discuss about regarding this patient. Facial aging here has caused deep brow furrows, eyelid skin excess, wrinkled lid skin, lid cheek seperation, jowling, and neck sagging.
She is shown after coronal browlift/plasty, upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty, cheek lift, face and neck (with SMAS lift). I have repositioned sagging fat within the face to a more youthful position. All lines of the forehead (along with heaviness) have been eliminated. An outstanding outcome.

This patient presented with a combination of challenging findings. Thick loose wrinkled skin of the upper lids, combined with sagging lower lids, fat bags and hollows below the bags. Not just a simple “eye lift”, this case requires selectively moving fat around the lower lid cheek interface, filling the hollow with fat to blend the lid cheek interface, strengthening the weak lower lid, and elevating the cheek pad by canthal suspension. Three sets of images are presented here. They show a patient who presented with signs of facial aging including; eyelid excess and sag, under eye hollow, cheek flattening and jowel fullness and sag, and neck laxity. I performed a combination procedure on her including; eyelid lift, fat transposition to fill out lower lid hollow, eyelid tightening procedure (canthopexy) (to reverse the bowed out aging of the lower lid), cheek implants to add youthfulness to the cheeks, face and neck lift with platysmalplasty and SMAS lift and micro-liposuction of nasolabial folds and periorbital fat grafting.
An outstanding outcome with return to a youthful appearance without looking too tight! The key here was restoring volume! In my facelift approach this is paramount.
