Case Study

September 2012

If you have been keeping up with my blogs you have learned that prominent rib cage bones or rib cage asymmetry can lead to less than optimal results in cosmetic breast surgery. This woman presented with uneven breast sag and volume loss. I carefully took into account how her prominent rib cage might influence the outcome.

I did a lift and placed silicone gel (high profile) (450 cc implants) under muscle. The result (shown 4 months later) are spectacular! A beautiful, soft, D cup outcome. A real work of art.
