Correction of Surgery done elsewhere
I have helped many woman around the world who have had unfortunate outcomes with breast surgery done elsewhere. Often it involves previous cosmetic implant augmentation alone or with lifting.
The typical issues include persistent asymmetries, and implants placed over muscle instead of beneath muscle.
Some women have capsular contracture (hard scar formation) distorting shape, some have ruptured or deflated implants.
Additionally, patients present with suboptimal outcomes after post mastectomy reconstruction. Sometimes implant revision, pocket shape changes, fat grafting, and flap procedures may be indicated to help correct the problems.
Treatments are usually outpatient and have simple recoveries.
