Rhinoplasty – Case 18
Rhinoplasty requires restraint and is a balance of aesthestics. I call it a ballet of a number of different smaller parts. They all have to inter relate. Taking down the bridge hump, for instance, affects the width of the nose. reducing projection will, in turn, affect the amount of hump needed to be reduced.
Here, I’ve done endonasal rhinoplasty on a young man. He now has a finely proportioned face.
